If you are an on-premise customer, i.e. host your own server, you need to do the following:

  1. You will need to be on RDB 6.7 SR8 (or later) version.

  2. If you are not on RDB 6.7 please book in an upgrade through the normal channels to upgrade your database to RDB 6.7 Click here to book an upgrade.

  3. If you are on RDB 6.7 and you are not on the SR8 version you will need the latest installer so that you can update it. Please contact us via the MyAccess portal and reference the title of this article to request the installer file and the updated plugin.

  4. Once you are on the latest RDB version, update the drivetime plugin to the newest version and all should work. (You should request this at the same time as the latest install files).
