Virtual Office
If you are a Virtual office user, confirm that your report override path is the same as a user who it is working for. To do this:
From the Ribbon, click Options and then click User preferences.
Click General and check the Report folder override.
If it is not the same as a user it works for, try and navigate to the same path by clicking on the 3 dots next to that field.
If you are not able to find the path as it is not pointing to a local drive please contact us via the MyAccess portal and include the name of the user who is having the issue and the name of this article.
Local (On Premise)
If you are a local user try the following:
From the Ribbon, click Options and then click User preferences.
Click General and check the Report folder override.
If it is not the same as a user it works for, try and navigate to the same path by clicking on the 3 dots next to that field.
If the above doesn't work reinstalling crystal reports should fix the errors.
All of the installation files for the RDB client and auxiliary programs should be contained within a shared folder on your own network for deployment to end-user machines. For example, if the server hosting the files is called “Server1” and the you have RDB version 6.7, the path of the installation files in the shared folder would most likely be:
\\Server1\RDB ProNet 6.7.0.0\Release\Client\Prerequisites\CRforVS_redist_install_32bit_13_0_13\
To install, right-click the file and run as admin if the option is available. If this option is not available double-click each one and follow the steps on the screen, if there are any.
