Update RDB Store Plugins

This article explains how to find out if a plugin is the most up to date version and if it is not, how do I update it.

Please note that you will only be able to install or update plugins via the RDB Store if the following conditions are true:

  • You have a Members Area account against your main RDB contract.

  • The account is elevated o Decision Maker or Verified Contact status (How to create a Verified contact for information on how to change this status).

  • You are running RDB ProNet version 6.7 SR7 or higher.

To update a plugin:

  1. Click Plugins and then click RDB Store.

  2. Sign in using your members area details.

  3. Click All in the 1st column of the RDB Store.

  4. Enter the name of the plugin in the top window of the 2nd column of the RDB Store.

  5. Check the right hand side of the 3rd window of the RDB Store.

    • If the Installed button is seen the plugin is up to date.

    • If the Update button is seen then press to it update the plugin.
