No icons/blank screen when log into virtual office

This article explains what to do if you are experiencing any of the below issues:

Issues:

  • Icons are missing.

  • The screen is mostly blank.

  • The screen doesn't display user/server name.

  • Trying to open programs such as RDB or outlook gives location/target cannot be found errors.

  • Temporary profile.

If you are missing drives, not able to see all icons on desktop, connect to Outlook etc. log out of the Virtual office by following the steps below:

  1. Click the Windows icon and then click Username.

  2. Click Sign Out.

Wait for 1 minute and then try signing back in.
