Virtual office is down or has issues for all users

The issues:

  • Not able to access the virtual office.

  • Kicked out of the virtual office session.

  • Unable to reconnect onto the cloud environment.

  • Using a Temporary profile.

  • Issue with outlook for all users.

  • Blank desktop for all users.

  • Documents are missing.

Whilst we are trying to handle the issue please sign out and back into the virtual office and a member from our support team will call you once the issue has been resolved and to check with you if all users have been able to Access the Virtual office successfully.
