Error- Failed to Synchronise Outlook to RDB.

Details : Unable to cast COM object of type.
RDB Crashes.
It looks like sync is running but when checking task manager the CPU is not changing.
RDB Sync shuts down.
What is Microsoft office Click to run
Click-to-Run is a Microsoft streaming and virtualisation technology that helps the user reduce the time required to install Office. The user can begin using an Office product before the whole product is installed, however, this version is not compatible with the users current RDB Sync.
To confirm that outlook is not compatible with the user current version of sync
Open Outlook.
Click File, Office account. If Office updates or Click-to-run is stated follow the instructions further down. If nothing is stated click About Outlook to check which version of outlook you have (32bit or 64bit) and see if Click to run is mentioned.
To resolve the issue the user will need to follow the steps below
Uninstall Previous Version of RDB Sync:
Go to Control Panel.
Click Programs and Features.
Navigate to the RDB Sync application. Click on it and Press Uninstall.
Install the new Version of RDB Sync
Open Outlook.
Click File, Office Account, About outlook and check if it is a 32bit or 64bit version.
Login and Click Downloads. Click RDB Sync and save download.
Open the downloaded Folder.
Double click "RDBOutlookSyncSetup 32.msi" or "RDBOutlookSyncSetup 64.msi" depending on the version of Outlook.
Follow on screen instructions to install RDB Sync to machine.
Icons
Remove the current sync icon from the desktop.
If you have Outlook 32bit go to: Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Access UK Ltd\RDB Sync.
If you have Outlook 64bit go to:Go to C:\Program Files\Access UK Ltd\RDB Sync.
Right click the RDB Sync Application and Send to Desktop.
Re-configure DB Config path
Right-click on working RDB ProNet icon.
Go to Properties.
In the Target box, copy everything after the "-c".
Right-click on new RDB Sync icon.
Go to Properties.
Replace everything after "-c" in the Target box with your copied path.
Click Ok to Save and Close the properties box.
What to do if an error appears after reinstallation
Copy redemption.dll and redemption64.dll and paste into:
If you have Outlook 32bit paste into: C:\Program Files (x86)\Access UK Ltd\RDB Sync.
If you have Outlook 64bit paste into: C:\Program Files\Access UK Ltd\RDB Sync.
Restart RDB Sync by accessing the task manager and Ending the task.
