The error messages:
Error: Database Configuration storage file not found.
Error: The connectionstring property has not been initialised.
Dbconfig file is not found/set incorrectly on the RDB, RDB Sync or CV Reader shortcuts.
The above error(s) may occur when the user has experienced a previous problem, has had their session reset and has now been connected with a temporary profile or has an incorrect shortcut on their taskbar.
If the shortcut on the bottom taskbar gives the error but the icon on your desktop works:
Right-click on the icon that isn't working on your taskbar.
Click Un-pin from taskbar.
Find the working icon on your desktop.
Drag and drop it onto your taskbar.
If you do not have a working icon on your taskbar, please sign out of the virtual office following these instructions wait one minute and log back in and try again
