How to log into Virtual office (Windows Device)

This article explains how to access the virtual office from a Windows device. Also what to do if the virtual office is asking for/requesting a pin when you log in.

To access the Virtual Office (VO) follow the steps below:

​Note: You can only connect to the VO from operating systems that are in active operating system vendor support, Microsoft or otherwise.
​

  1. Enter your credentials in the below format:

    • FCSASP\Username.

    • Password.

  2. Click Sign In.

  3. Click the Virtual Office icon and download and run the Remote Desktop (.rdp) file.

  4. Click Connect.

  5. When prompted, enter your credentials again and click Sign In.

    • If anything other than your VO username displays, select More choices then Use another Account and enter your VO credentials.

Prompted for a PIN

If you're prompted for a PIN, ensure you're using the RDP program and not the app. To check this, follow the steps below:

  1. Right-click the RDP icon.

  2. Click Open with.

  3. Set Remote Desktop Connection to default.
