You can access the Virtual Office from a Chromebook if you:
Download the Remote Desktop application by Microsoft from the play store.
Open the Remote Desktop application.
Click the Menu icon in the top left (3 Horizontal lines).
Click User Accounts:
Click ✚
Enter your Virtual Office domain\username (FCSASP\username).
Enter your Virtual Office password.
Click Save.
Click the Menu icon in the top left (3 Horizontal lines).
Click Home.
Click ✚
Click Add workspace or Add remote resource feed.
From the Add workspace or Feed.
Enter https://vo.accessacloud.com as URL associated with the Workspace/Feed.
Click Next.
Under User Name, click the drop-down arrow and choose your saved Virtual Office domain\username.
Click Save.
Click The VOA1 icon.
Accept all pop-ups.
Click Connect.
📌 Note: If you have previously used the Chromebook to access the Virtual Office, you can try first of all simply re-setting/clearing the Cache and Data for the Remote Desktop APP and re-entering your settings as above.
