Connecting to the Virtual Office on a Google Chromebook

This article explains how to connect to the Virtual Office on a Google Chromebook.

You can access the Virtual Office from a Chromebook if you:

  1. Download the Remote Desktop application by Microsoft from the play store.

  2. Open the Remote Desktop application.

  3. Click the Menu icon in the top left (3 Horizontal lines).

  4. Click User Accounts:

    1. Click โœš

    2. Enter your Virtual Office domain\username (FCSASP\username).

    3. Enter your Virtual Office password.

    4. Click Save.

    5. Click the Menu icon in the top left (3 Horizontal lines).

  5. Click Home.

  6. Click โœš

  7. Click Add workspace or Add remote resource feed.

    1. From the Add workspace or Feed.

    2. Enter https://vo.accessacloud.com as URL associated with the Workspace/Feed.

    3. Click Next.

    4. Under User Name, click the drop-down arrow and choose your saved Virtual Office domain\username.

    5. Click Save.

    6. Click The VOA1 icon.

  8. Accept all pop-ups.

  9. Click Connect.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: If you have previously used the Chromebook to access the Virtual Office, you can try first of all simply re-setting/clearing the Cache and Data for the Remote Desktop APP and re-entering your settings as above.
