Unable to log into Virtual Office : automatically attempting to log into a different users account

This article explains what to do if, when trying to log into the Virtual Office the Remote gateway is automatically attempting to log me into a colleague's Virtual Office account and not my own.

This will be due to a colleague having stored their user credentials on the device on which you are attempting to log on to the virtual office with. Please attempt removing the stored credential by doing the following:

  1. Click Windows Icon (Windows Start Icon) and then type Credential Manager.

  2. Click Windows Credentials.

  3. Under Generic Credentials look for the text: virtualapp/didlogical.

  4. Click the drop down arrow on the right hand side of this stored credential.

  5. Click Remove.

  6. Check for a RemoteApp and Desktop Connections icon in the Windows system tray (it resembles a blue monitor in front of a desktop PC) - if one exists right click on it and select Disconnect All Sessions.

When attempting to log into the Virtual Office for the first time after removing this stored credential, you may need to select log in with Another User before entering your username and password.
