Unable to connect to RDB Store - An unhandled Exception has occurred

To connect to the RDB store, you now need to have a version of RDB that supports TLS 1.2.

You will need to be on RDB 6.7 SR9 or later.

If you are on a version of RDB prior to 6.7, you will need to book an upgrade as explained in this article.
