Apply a Design Form to a user

This article explains how to apply an existing design form to a new user - how to give a new user the same layout everyone else has.

To get the same layout for new users you will need to apply a design form.

To assign a design form:

  1. Click Options and then click Designer.

  2. Click Form Settings Maintenance.

  3. Click the design form you wish to assign and click Add.

  4. Click one of the options available.

  5. Click the User/Group/sector or Role you want to assign the design form to.

  6. Click OK and then click Save.
