This article explains what to do if you are experiencing any of the following issues with a design form:
Text is overlapping.
Fields have disappeared.
You cannot see fields.
When using a design form, some formatting changes may not be compatible with the layout or may have been made by mistake, causing display issues. For example, two text fields might overlap or disappear from view.
To resolve this, you can either revert the change that caused the issue, or reset the design form for the affected window. Resetting restores the design form to its original layout.
â ď¸ Important: Resetting a design form will reset it for ALL users, not just for one user.
Reset a design form
Open the type of record which has the formatting issue.
Click Design form and then click Reset.
Re-open the record.
