The ability to edit Design Forms is controlled by the role restriction View Form Setting Manager. Access RDB Administrators can remove the role restriction from the User, or can put the User into a Role that does not have the View Form Setting Manager restriction.
Remove the role restriction
On the Ribbon, click Options and then click Manager.
Click Role Maintenance.
Click the Role of the User (e.g. Standard User).
Click + Edit.
Remove the View Form Setting Manager restriction.
Put the User into a Role that does not have the role restriction
On the Ribbon, click Options and then click Manager.
Click User Maintenance and then click Users tab.
Click the row with the User.
Click the lower Roles tab.
Click ✚ Add to extend the User roles.
