Unable to open RDB after making a change to the design form

This article explains what to do if you are not able to access RDB after a change was made to the design form.

If a user is not able to access Access RDB due to a change made to the design form they are assigned to:

  1. From thje Ribbon, click Options and then click Designer.

  2. Click Form settings maintenance.

  3. Click on the design form and Delete all users assigned to the design form.

  4. Click Save and ask the user to sign back into Access RDB.
