If a user is assigned to a design form and they want to make view changes in RDB e.g. add column choosers, they will need to:
Make the changes and then click File.
Click Design form.
Make a change in the design form e.g. change the Layout size to a different figure, then change it back to its original figure.
Click Save.
If the changes are made in a certain window e.g. applicant record, the user should be able to find a 'design form' button on the window they are in and follow the steps above.
📌 Note: If you set the Behaviour from True to False, doing so can make that record type unusable. Please ensure that if you make this change you are confident in doing so, before saving.
