The messages:
Microsoft Outlook has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
If Outlook is starting as a very small window or a thin bar and giving one of the above errors:
Go to your desktop and Right Click on the Outlook icon on your desktop.
Click Copy and Right-click in some blank space on your desktop.
Click Paste.
Right-click on the Newly pasted/created Outlook icon.
Click Properties.
Change the Run: dropdown to Maximized
Click OK.
Double-click on the new icon.
Outlook should now open fullscreen without errors and after this, both icons should work, you can delete the new shortcut or leave it in case of need in the future.
If Outlook is not starting as a small window/bar you will need to create and select a new Outlook Profile from the Virtual Office control panel:
Click the Microsoft Windows button (bottom left-hand side).
Click the Control Panel icon and then click the Mail icon.
Under the Mail Setup click Show Profiles...
Click Add...
Enter a new profile name and then cClick OK.
Enter the mail details and click OK.
Also, update the RDB Sync authentication to point to the new Outlook Profile:
Right-click on the RDB Sync icon under the notifications area (^) on the right-hand side of the Task Bar.
Click Options and then click General.
Click Authentication and select the new Profile under the Profile Name.
Click OK.
