This error indicates that your mail profile which Outlook is linked to doesn't match the mail profile which is selected in the RDB Sync Options window.
Open the Control Panel from the start Menu.
Select Mail and then click Show Profiles.
๐ Note: On most windows PC's , the Control Panel opens in the Category view , which sorts the applets into categories. If required, the user can change the View by Option to Small icons to show all the applets.
The window that opens up will show the user which Mail profile they are using under the Always use this profile option.
Right Click on the RDB Sync icon in the bottom right of the screen or in the system tray.
Click Options and then click Authentication.
Select the Profile shown in the Control Panel from the Profile name dropdown in RDB Sync.
Click Apply and restart RDB Sync.

Click Start and then click VO Mail Settings.
Click Show Profiles
