Disable/delete Virtual office accounts

This article explains what to do if you have one of the scenarios or requests listed below:

This scenarios or requests:

  • Virtual Office accounts need to be terminated.

  • User accounts need to be deactivated.

  • How to disable Virtual Office access for a staff member who has resigned / left the company and remove them from the account.

  • Stopping access to the Virtual Office.

If the user needs to have access removed immediately, raise an urgent case online and support can reset the password on the account for you.

  1. Please provide the username so support can action.

  2. If you would also like us to log off any active or disconnected sessions please also let us know.

  3. Also provide the mobile number to which the new password will be sent.

Please contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to discuss licensing and complete removal of the user after the password is reset.

If user accounts need to be disabled in the Virtual office in the near future please email your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager including the login names of these user accounts and dates for removal.
