If you know your virtual office password but need to reset it you will need to already be connected to the virtual office and then follow the steps below :
For Windows users:
Press Ctrl + Alt + End on the keyboard.
Select Reset password.
For Mac users:
Press Option + Control + FN + Backspace.
Select Reset password.
If you don't know or have forgotten the password please contact us via the MyAccess portal and include the Virtual office username which needs a new password. Please ensure you provide a mobile phone number so we can securely send this password to you.
⚠️ Important:
From 7th September 2022, all passwords will now need to adhere to a password complexity policy.
You cannot reuse any of your previous 12 passwords.
