Not able to see managers reports or other fields that I should have access to

This article explains what to do if you can't access managers reports or other options you should be able to although you am a member of the security group which should provide you access to this.

For the user having the issue,

  1. Log into RDB as an administrator

  2. From the Ribbon, click Options. and then click Manager.

  3. Click User Maintenance and select the User having the issue.

Then:

  • Make sure their permissions are set to: Apply Restrictions by AND'ing by selecting the radio button next to this option
    or

  • Remove the user from the group causing the restriction.
