A user can change the wording used in Access RDB by using language maintenance. This would includes words that appear on records, ribbons etc.
A user can choose which language they are using in RDB through:
Click Options and then click User preferences.
Click General then Preferred Language.
To edit the language a user is using they will need to:
Click Options and then click Manager.
Click Language maintenance.
Select the language that needs to be changed from the list on the left.
Search for the word that needs to be changed.
In the right side column type the word that it needs to be changed to e.g Base text: Client, Text Company. This will change the word client to company around the database.
Close and Reopen Access RDB.
⚠️ Important: This change will apply to every user that has selected the changed language in user preferences.
