In order for a user to be unable to copy and paste from an Index in Access RDB, you will need to assign a restriction called Export or copy grids to clipboard to their current role. This can be done through:

Click Manager and then click Role maintenance.

1. From the ribbon, select Options.
2. Click Manager and then click Role maintenance.
