You will need access to your customised reports files as follows:
If your organisation has a shared folder containing all custom reports files in one place, you'll need to ensure that your Report Folder Override is set to that location as follows:
On the Ribbon, click Options and then click User Preferences.
Click General (Explorer Bar).
Check the path in the window next to Report Folder Override under Report Options. If this is not filled in , please choose the path that other users have filled in. If this is not possible, please contact us via the MyAccess portal and reference the title of this article.
If users have copies of the custom reports files on their own machines instead of a central location, you'll need to do the following, which your IT team should be able to assist with:
Find a colleague who is able to run the report or print the document needed.
Find the Reports subfolder within the RDB installation folder on their machine.
Copy that folder and it's contents to the same location on your machine.
