This could be due to the fact the user has no access to where the report is located. To resolve this:
Click Options and then click User preferences.
Click General and scroll down to Report Options and check Report folder override.
If it is not the same as a user it works for, try and navigate to the same path by clicking on the 3 dots next to that field. If you are not able to find the path please contact us via the MyAccess portal and include the name of the user who is having the issue.
๐ Note: If your Report folder override is pointing to the same path as all other users but it still doesn't work for you ask your IT to check if you have permissions to that path and if the folder has been deleted they should be able to retrieve it.
