In order to create a dropzone you will need to follow the steps below:
Make sure CV reader is running.
Right-click on the CV reader icon in the system tray.
Click Configure.
Copy the path in the CV dropzone zone root directory and paste it into the address bar of a File Explorer window.
Right-click on the root folder and send to Desktop.
Restart CV reader.
📌 Note: Rename the Root folder on the desktop to Dropzone.
Restart CV Reader:
Right-click the CV reader icon in the system tray or the bottom of the screen.
Click Exit.
Double-click the CV Reader icon on the desktop.
If the error User doesn't have any Dropzone appears:
Right Click the CV reader icon in the system tray or the bottom of the screen.
Click menu options File, Remove Saved User Login Details.
Click Exit.
Double click the CV Reader icon on the desktop.
Login as the user.
