Run a Placement report

This article explains how to run the report to give a summary of all placements.

Access RDB offers a Placement report which can be found by following the below steps:

  1. Click on Reports and then click the Reports option.

  2. Select Placement Reports.

To run the report click View and a screen will open up. From the dropdown the user will be able to choose if they want a:

  • Summary details report: prints a summary of each placement.

  • Full Details report: prints full details of each placement.

  • Totals report: prints the placement fee/monthly margin total and count total.

Having selected a report type, the user has the option of sorting the report:

  1. Select an option for the Outer Sort Field (this acts as the first sort field).

  2. Click Add to insert the field e.g. consultant.

  3. If a second field is needed then, in the Inner Sort Field, click Add and choose a second field e.g. Placement Type.

  4. Click Run.

The report will open in print preview. The user can print, email, fax, or export it.

If further details are needed from a placement report this will require custom work which will need to be discussed with your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager who will then provide the user with a quote and pass the request to our professional services team. In this case please contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager directly.
