The plugin allows you to quickly and easily find applicants by searching based on communication types (eMail addresses, phone numbers etc).
After the plugin is installed it should appear in the plugins tab within RDB.
Click the plugin - a window will open.
Enter the communication e.g. the phone number or eMail address.
Select communication type:
ALL.
Email.
Email (Office).
Email (Personal).
Fax.
Mobile.
Pager.
Phone.
Phone (Day).
Phone (Evening).
Phone (Home).
Phone (Office).
Social Networking.
URL.
Click Search.
The records that include that communication will appear.
By right-clicking a record you can open the notebook, open the record or tag the applicant.
