The Phone Search Plugin is able to find applicants quickly and easy by searching based on communication types (email addresses, phone numbers etc) - after the plugin is installed it should appear in the plugins tab within Access RDB.
When you click the plugin a window will open:
Select communication type.
Enter the communication e.g. the email address or phone number.
Click Search. The records that include that communication will appear.
By right-clicking onto the record you can open the notebook, open the record, or tag the applicant.
