Missing a drive or wrong drive showing in Virtual Office

This article explains what to do if a User had a drive that is no longer there - drive is missing that was there yesterday.

If you should have access to a drive, or it was there previously, you should first try logging out of Virtual Office and back in.

To log out of the Virtual Office:

  1. Right-click the Windows (Start button) icon Windows Start button.

  2. Select Shut down or sign out.

  3. Click Sign Out.

  4. Log back into the Virtual Office.

If you still can not see the drive, please contact us via the MyAccess portal and state which user needs access to the drive and reference the title of this article.
