Run a search for a consultant who has left the business

This article explains what to do if, when you run a search and one of the consultants has left the business and does not appear as an option.

If a consultant has been marked as Has left in Access RDB they will not appear as an option in any of the searches. If you wish to make them available in searches you will need to:

  1. On the Ribbon, click Options and then click Manager.

  2. Click User Maintenance.

  3. Find the user and double click on their profile.

  4. Untick the Has left checkbox and Save the record.
