This will be due to the username or password being incorrect, or windows authentication not being enabled for the user.
Whoever has the relevant administrative access on the system will need to check the user's details by doing the following:
Click Options then click Manager.
Click User Maintenance and then find the User.
Double-click their name.
Confirm username and password.
It is possible, for RDB Database Administrators, to use Windows Security to access the RDB Database:
Click Options and then click Manager.
Click User Maintenance.
Double-click the row with the User/Consultant.
Ensure that the Login Name matches the Windows user name (or Virtual Office login user name).
Click Use Windows Security.
Add the Windows Domain name (FCSASP for Virtual Office users) to the Domain field.
Click Save and Close.
๐ Note: Domain and User name can be found using the Windows Command whoami from the command prompt.
๐ค Tip: The option Hide Login Dialog will bypass the RDB Login Window.
