Delete saved searches in RDB

This article explains how to delete saved searches - especially of disabled (inactive) users.

Saved searches can only be deleted by the user that created the search. If the user's account who created the search is inactive an admin will need to:

  1. From the Ribbon, click Options then click Manager.

  2. Click User maintenance and double click on the user.

  3. Untick the Inactive checkbox and click Save & Close.

  4. Log in as that user.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: Remember to mark the user as Inactive after the search has been deleted.

To delete the search:

  1. Click Search and select the type of search e.g. Applicant.

  2. Click File then click Open and select the search you wish to delete.

  3. Click File then click Delete and then click Yes.
