Unable to view some consultants in the Job Index when selecting "Jobs by user"

This article explains what to do if, when selecting Jobs by user, a user is missing or the list is blank.

A number of features in Access RDB are linked to Groups. In order for users' data to be viewed by other consultants, they need to be part of the same group. To do this the user will need to:

  1. From the Ribbon, click Options and then select Manager.

  2. Select User Maintenance.

  3. Find the user who doesn't appear in the list when trying to view Jobs by user and add them to a Group.

  4. Close and reopen the Job Index.

  5. Click Jobs by User and select the user.
