A popup box may have appeared and immediately become hidden beneath the currently viewed Access RDB screen, making it appear to have frozen. To check for a hidden popup:
Press and hold the Alt key on your keyboard, press the Tab key. All the currently open windows will be shown on your desktop.
Keep pressing the Tab key to move through them.
If you see an RDB popup box then, when you reach it, stop pressing Tab and respond to the popup. Access RDB should now be responsive as normal.
Should no hidden popup be found, or responding to the one found does not make Access RDB responsive again, fully signing out of your Virtual Office session and signing back in should clear the application.
