Sending eMails using Office 365
The following steps show how to enable eMail sending in RDB ProNet using Office 365.

โNote: This configuration is per Access RDB ProNet user that needs to send eMails via Office 365.
Log in as the user to be configured.
Navigate to Plugins, Office 365 Mailer User Settings.
Select Office 365.
Click Save.
Restart RDB ProNet.
eMails for this RDB ProNet user will now be sent using the Sender Email Address from the User Preferences screen. Note: This should match their eMail address in Office 365.

After setting this up, eMails will then be sent via Office 365, rather than the SMTP settings specified in User Preferences.
๐ Note:
If Office 365 mail sending is configured, it is no longer possible to receive read receipts on eMails sent from RDB.
It is also no longer possible to send SMS messages and fax messages directly to an email address if Office 365 mail sending is on. An SMS or fax plugin would be required to send these messages instead.
