User preferences can be changed by following the below steps:
From the Ribbon, click Options and then click User Preferences.
Click Applicant Action from the Explorer Bar and then click the Creator option.
Applicant Action Not Owned By Creator
This article explains what to do when finding that the creator of Applicant Action is not the same Consultant as who currently owns the action. Therefore, not able to complete processes that require that ownership (e.g. Send CV Wizard has CV's missing).
