Applicant Action Index is blank

This article explains what to do if there are no records showing in the Applicant Action Index.

There are a few different options that could be filtering or hiding the records:

Explorer Bar Filter:

  1. Open the Applicant Action Index.

  2. On the Explorer Bar (Left Hand Side Menu) go to the Filter group.

  3. Click the desired Filter (e.g. My Applicant Actions).

Column Filters:

  1. Click Clear All Filters icon on the top left-hand side of the displayed table.

Range Selector:

  1. Click the Range Selector button (right-hand top side of the table).

  2. Click ALL.

Groups:

  1. If the new user needs to be able to see other users' Applicant Actions, the new user will need to made a member of at least one of the same groups as those other users.
