It is possible to hide fields on a record:
Go to the screen you want to edit, such as an applicant record.
Click the design form button at the top.
Find the field you want to hide.
Under behaviour for that field, set the visible attribute to false.
📌 Note: We cannot provide support on which fields or sections to hide due to the large number of variables involved with Design Forms.
