If you are an On-Premise client (you host your own RDB database on your own SQL server) or a 'Hybrid' client where you run RDB from your own machines' desktops but Access host your database for you, AND you are on version 6.7, the below steps are for downloading and installing the Service Release 12 Update of the RDB ProNet desktop application.
Notes
To check the version of RDB you are on, from within the application look in the top right under Help, About.
If you are not on 6.7 please book an update using the steps in this article and proceed here only after that is complete.
Additional note
This procedure involves installing software, so you will need suitable privileges on your PC to be able to complete it. This desktop application update does not need to be rolled out to all users at once, as different Service Release versions can run on different computers.
