Slowness and performance issues could be caused due to connectivity issues. We would advise you contact your Network provider to discuss potential issues and to check the speed / stability of your connection.

If your network provider confirm that there are no issues, please contact us via the MyAccess portal and confirm what steps have been taken so far.
