If a user doesn't have seem to have access to what should be an unrestricted Company Drive (or one of its subfolders) please raise a new support case online with our support team, providing the affected virtual office user name and the drive letter or full location of the folder concerned.

Should the user access list or specific permissions of a restricted Company Drive (or one of its subfolders) need to be changed, please follow the same guidance as above along with specific details as appropriate, but note that such changes may be chargeable.
