This would be because the Custom Columns have not been assigned to the sector - to correct this, please follow these steps:
Open the Project Index.
Double-click on the Project to open it.
Click on Custom Columns.
Double-click on each custom column in turn to open the properties window.
Select the required sector(s) then Save and Close.
Close the Custom Columns window.
