When attempting to view or email a PDF invoice and choosing to include any timesheet images that may have been linked, if the timesheet image is too large the process may stall and nothing appears to happen. Upon trying again the user may see an error similar to that described above.
โAn unhandled Exception has occured.

The Unhandled Exception error occurs because the Program is still trying to process the first attempt - you will need to close the RDB program down and log back in.

Please ensure that all the users who need to use invoicing, have the following setting ticked :
On tjhe Ribbon, Click Options and then click Manager.
Click Plugin Packages.
Under PackageFullName type invoice.
Click the A next to the field and choose Contains.
Highlight any of the Pdf related plugins.
Click Options.
In the PDF Settings window that opens, make sure the Compress and Split Images box is ticked.
Click Save & Close.
Go back to the Invoice Index and proceed as normal.
