If you get the All Licenses in use error message, please follow the steps below:
Note: Before you start, ask other users to close down any duplicate Access RDB sessions which could be using licences unnecessarily.
In a different users RDB ProNet, click Help.
Click About, then click Update Licences.
Try accessing the site again.

Prevention going forwards
To help prevent this issue from occurring again, please follow the steps below:
Go to the RDB Store.
Install Duplicate Login Plugin and Login Session Management.
Assign these to all users.
