⚠️ Important: the steps below are for customers who host their own database.
In order to resolve this issue you will need to:
Re-install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable from the location below:
\\<servername>\RDB ProNet X.X\Release\Client\Prerequisites\.If you are using a 32-bit version of Windows, then you only need to install the x86 version but if you are on a 64-bit version of windows, you will need to re-install both versions.
To re-install them , right click on them and run as admin.
📌 Note: The server name above will need to be replaced with the server name on which the Access RDB installation files are located.
