Created on date populating incorrectly

This article explains why, when creating new records, the Created On date sometimes shows the wrong date.

Until the record has been saved into the database, the record has not been created and the date may not show correctly.

Please try saving the record, closing and reopening it, if it still shows incorrectly please contact us via the MyAccess portal and provide full details of the record(s) concerned (with screenshots if possible).
