This happens when your database has tables or fields in it that the Merge Suite Plugin is not aware of. It tries to delete the record that is being merged into another, and can't because SQL is telling it can't do that.
This typically happens if you have had any of the tables customised with additional fields or your database has been upgraded in preparation for a move to Access Recruitment CRM.
