The Virtual Office will adopt the same printers as seen by the PC from which the Virtual Office was connected.
On your local machine:
Click the Start button (
) and click Settings (
).Click Bluetooth & Devices.
Expand Printers & scanners.
Select Add printers & scanners.
In Add a printer or scanner, click Add device.
Choose the printer from the list of available printers.
When you next log in to the Virtual Office, the local printer should be visible.
If the printers are not seen from the Virtual Office application it may be necessary to formally log out of the Virtual Office (using the Log Me Off
button) and back into the Virtual Office.
If hard copy of the files do not appear this could be due to issues on the PC side (e.g. blocked printer queues).
