Applicant actions are set up so that only the primary consultant or the creator of it is able to edit it. If the editing fields are greyed out and can't be edited then you will need to be added as a consultant to the applicant action.
If you wish for specific consultants or all consultants to be able to edit all other consultants applicant actions, please contact us via the MyAccess portal and state which consultants should be able to edit all applicant actions and a member of our support team will reply to your case once it has been resolved.
